FROM CABINET SHOP TO MANUFACTURING LEADER

Our journey

The Muskoka Cabinet Company was purchased in 1989 by Luke Elias. At the time, it was a small cabinet shop serving local homeowners. During the housing downturn in the early 1990s, the company expanded into commercial millwork, building cabinetry for schools, hospitals, restaurants, and public buildings.

Throughout the 1990s and 2000s, the company invested early in design software, production systems, and automation. We opened a new purpose-built facility in 2004, designed around efficient production flow. Output doubled shortly after opening.

Since then, we’ve continued to invest in automation, robotics, and software integration to improve accuracy, increase output, and maintain consistent quality. Muskoka grew by investing in better systems and stronger processes. Today, Muskoka is recognized as a leader in cabinet manufacturing efficiency and innovation.
